Job Description:
We are seeking a mid‑level Corporate Finance Associate to join our Charlotte or Pittsburgh office. The candidate will support advanced banking and capital‑raising work, primarily representing both lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit facilities, asset‑based loans, acquisition financings, and mezzanine transactions.
- Represent lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities.
- Prepare and review documentation for asset‑based loans and acquisition financings.
- Assist with loan workouts and restructurings as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide active client service.
- Develop independence and step into greater client and transactional responsibility.
- 3–5 years of sophisticated law firm experience in private equity, private credit, commercial lending, or mezzanine finance.
- Demonstrated experience representing both lenders and borrowers.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self‑starter who works independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
Base salary range: $225,000 – $330,000 per year. Compensation will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on experience, expertise, and business needs.
