Aretum is seeking a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst
- Lead. As a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst
- Lead you will support the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with a complex shared-cost model.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

• Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
• Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
• Ensures timely updates to the Financial Database and related reporting
• Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking

• 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
• Bachelor's degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)
• Strong understanding of shared cost models and financial data calls
• Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
