Position Overview
HOA and Tax Coordinator responsible for identifying, monitoring, and processing HOA/Tax payments. These duties include accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements which include due dates, delinquency dates, total amount due, and FC sale dates.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor and process payments for property taxes on both a client and asset level.
- Monitor and process payments for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level.
- Maintain strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. - Experience:
2+ years of prior work-related experience; 1–3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate. - Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful.
- Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High ethical standards, motivated, positive, team player.
- Strong organization skills and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to problem‑solve with little supervision.
- Hourly rate: $17.40 to $24.86 based on skills and experience.
- Eligible for an annual incentive program.
- Paid time off: 20 days per year (prorated in the year of hire) plus 9 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.
