Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) – Must be NMLS Licensed
Capstone Direct, a Direct Lender that has funded over $2 billion since 2007, is looking for full‑time Remote Mortgage Loan Officers. We quote competitive rates, close loans in just 15 days, and provide all the tools needed for success.
Locations:
California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and New Mexico (more markets to follow).
- Produce an average of 3 residential home loans per month.
- Close loans within 15 days.
- Maintain an established referral database for sourcing purchase leads.
- Collaborate with the direct lending team and the CEO for business growth.
- NMLS‑licensed with 1 + years of current experience.
- Stable work history producing mortgage loans.
- Current active NMLS license.
- Ability to work independently and potentially lead a team or serve as a sales manager.
