Associate – Credit Banking (CB) position at BofA Securities, Inc.

• Create complex financial models and perform various analyses, including credit exposure analysis, covenant and indenture review, capital commitments, and return‑on‑capital modeling across acquisition financing, syndicated facilities, hedging solutions, and other structured transactions.
• Prepare and drive the content of presentation materials for clients, such as pitch books, lender and investor presentations targeted to U.S. subsidiaries of internationally headquartered companies, focusing on Financial Institution clients.
• Develop product proposals across liquidity, cash management, trade finance, hedging, and debt capital markets.
• Lead planning sessions and coordinate with junior colleagues to build repeatable templates and dashboards.
• Ensure executive‑ready materials and synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives and visuals.
• Travel domestically as required (approximately 20%).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operating models, product sets, cross‑functional workflows, and enterprise‑grade service infrastructure.
• Strong command of end‑to‑end banking operating models.
• Proficiency in creating executive‑ready materials, pitch books, investor presentations, and senior management assets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Salary: $225,000 - $225,000/year.
