Deephaven Mortgage LLC is looking for a full-time Remote Non-QM Underwriter to evaluate mortgage loan applications outside traditional QM guidelines. You will manually underwrite transactions, perform quality control audits, and work with internal staff and clients.
This role requires recent non-QM underwriting experience, with at least 5 years in a high-volume background. Proficiency in Encompass and strong understanding of non-QM guidelines and risk layering are essential.
