Work EnvironmentHybrid model: up to 50% work from home. Flexible schedules, including ample flexibility in the summer months. Remote work eligibility begins after onboarding, with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Primary work locations:

- Proactively identify client needs and resolve a variety of requests via phone, online and in‑person to ensure a positive and consistent experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team across all Compeer locations to obtain pre‑qualification information, including gathering prospect or client information (e.g., drivers’ licenses, financials, information pertaining to scope of operations, and entity documentation) necessary to qualify a loan opportunity.
- Prepare accurate operating and term loan documents for new loans, from the point of loan application through loan finalizing to include monitoring of closing conditions, ensuring accuracy.
- Serve as the Deal Champion on all submitted loans by having a broad working knowledge of Association processes and policy.
- Ensure accuracy of loan pricing and fees and document any exception approvals; complete loan verification requirements related to loan documents, review entity and trust documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide backup support to office location, as needed, in order to meet client needs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Entry‑level experience in loan processing or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively serve as a liaison between internal and external parties.
- Adaptable to changes to help mitigate risks and seize opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn/use new systems (e.g., loan origination), applications and other related technology products.
- General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture preferred.
- Knowledge of Compeer’s policies, processes, loan products, digital tools and services preferred.
