In your role, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Contributing to the development of new offers (writing expressions of needs)
• Participating in the piloting of projects during product launches or evolutions (coordinating internal and external teams)
• Updating and producing contractual documentation
• Contributing to the management and marketing of offers
• Assisting product managers on ad-hoc requests based on team needs

• Contributing to the marketing of financial products (configuration, preparation of pre-contractual and contractual documentation)
• Managing financial products during their lifecycle (changes in wording, management orientation, deadlines, etc.)
• Participating in the continuous improvement and securing of processes for marketing and managing products

You will join the Excellence Technique Vie Products team, which is part of the Direction Excellence Technique Vie and consists of 10 members.

This team is responsible for the development and marketing of the Savings & Retirement offer.

Its missions include:

• Defining and developing the range of contracts (life insurance, PERP, Madelin, company pensions, etc.)
• Designing the financial offer (financial products, real estate funds, etc.)
• Providing sales support tools to distribution networks in conjunction with marketing

The team ensures:

• The attractiveness of the offers for both clients and distributors
• The economic balance of the products

As a key player in products and projects, you will collaborate with many stakeholders:

• Internally: IT, legal, marketing
• Externally: asset managers, independent distributors

You are pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or Asset Management and wish to develop your skills in a stimulating environment. Previous experience in the insurance or finance sector would be an advantage.

You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as good writing abilities. You are comfortable with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive, Copilot, etc.).

Curious, rigorous, organized, and reliable, you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team. Your motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn will be essential assets for success in this role.
