In the controlling of the personal insurance divisions (life and health insurance), you will work at the interface between departments, finance, and management.

Here, you will analyze business development and set important impulses. You are involved in the development and refinement of our models – from technical detailing to rolling planning and regulatory forecasts.

In-depth analyses:
You analyze complex interrelations in our insurance portfolios, develop new approaches for control, and support the management with well-founded recommendations.

Technical model maintenance:
You are responsible for the development, refinement, and maintenance of our extensive model in the cloud-based planning software and bring your own ideas for optimization.

Presentations at a high level:
You create meaningful presentations and analyses for the board and relevant bodies. You bring complex issues to the point – whether in analyses, forecast calculations, or in the evaluation of regulatory requirements.

Communication & interface work:
You work closely with different departments and divisions to bundle information and achieve joint results.

Teamwork & development:
You actively contribute to the development of the team and regularly present your topics in working groups and bodies.

What you bring:

You have a completed degree in economics, (economic) mathematics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Analytical thinking is your passion – you have a high affinity for numbers and data and enjoy penetrating complex issues. You already have practical experience in controlling, ideally in the area of life or health insurance. With very good presentation skills, you manage to prepare and convey even demanding content in a comprehensible and target-group-appropriate manner.

Thanks to your technical affinity, you feel comfortable working with planning tools (especially Microsoft Power BI) and are keen to delve into complex models. Ideally, you can already show knowledge of IFRS 17. You are communicative and have no hesitation in approaching other interfaces to gather information. Very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.

You work independently and structured, like to take on responsibility and enjoy moving something together in the team.
