The Associate role at GIC focuses on real estate investments in Asia, where you’ll help evaluate and manage equity and co-investments. What You’ll Do- Evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models for underwriting deals.
- Support deal execution from start to finish.

- Assist in preparing papers for new investment strategies.
- Good academic qualifications with 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking or investment.
