We are a very technology driven CPA firm embracing a remote model. We are iCloud based, and have the infrastructure in place to support remote work.

However, we are more than a compliance firm. We are a strategic advisory firm for tax and audit. We do more than crunch out returns, we are on video calls with clients doing tax planning and strategy. It's something we have embraced, and if this up your alley, we'd love to talk with you.

We are a family oriented, laid back culture in Tampa, but we are hiring remote. We are looking for a Tax Director to come and eventually take over a book of business, and if you are interested in partner, we can put you on that track very quickly.

1. We have a youthful culture, where promotion to director/principal level can happen in a few years.

2. We take pride in our firm having a great work-life-balance culture, which is very important to us. We get that you have life outside of work. We do our best to regulate the hours during busy season, (not too many weeks at 55 hours, and the max is 55 hours.)

5. The partners want to be able to work with and talk with all levels of staff. There isn't a "hierarchy" where you only talk to one manager, it's a very collaborative environment where the partners are working in the trenches with you.

- 5-10+ years of experience depending on if you are an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director.

- CPA - BS in Accounting or related field
- Client facing experience
- Fully Remote or Hybrid Schedule available

-Be willing to take on a book of business in the next few years.
