Finance Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Strong understanding of general ledger and accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with non‑financial stakeholders
Finance Manager Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with admissions, payroll, and AP staff to ensure accurate and timely information
