Escrow Officer; Independence Title - Lakeway Office

Independence Title Company in the Austin, Texas (Lakeway Office) area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full‑service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

• Communicate and work closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient, and error‑free manner, executing closing professionally.
• Process files, prepare CDs/HUDs, and complete all necessary paperwork and closing documents.
• Obtain approval from lenders, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Diligently build business, adding to the business they bring, and servicing it successfully.
• Assist and support team members proactively, communicating with respect.
• Establish a successful working relationship with Sales Reps and participate in marketing to increase customer base.

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License within the company if not already licensed.
• Minimum of 5 years direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer required.
• Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process required.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
