Senior Tax Associate - Global Mobility

Job Opportunity

Our team provides support to multinational companies in managing their global mobility programs effectively. Our services focus on cross-border cases, compliance, and risk assessment in areas such as taxation, immigration, business travel, remuneration, and remote work.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate compliance tasks related to personal income tax and social security; client coordination
• Review the work of junior colleagues, check calculations, tax returns, and other tasks
• Maintain active contact with clients and foreign Vialto offices
• Conduct personal/online briefings for expatriates in Hungarian, English, and German
• Perform advisory work, prepare and review advisory letters
• Prepare position requests, participate in complex advisory projects
• Delegate work to junior colleagues, support their professional development

Who We Are Looking For

• Higher education in economics, law, or international studies
• Relevant experience in the field
• Fluent English, with an advantage of German proficiency
• Proactive and precise approach to tasks, good organizational skills
• Versatile communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident use of Excel, Word, Power Point
