In-Plan Client Support Advisor – Houston, Texas

Corebridge Financial’s Retirement Education Center (REC) is seeking an In‑Plan Client Support Advisor to work from Houston, Texas, partnering with Financial Advisors nationwide to support existing Corebridge clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively contact existing plan participants over the phone to educate them on current investment products and services.
  • Create a targeted approach to increase plan participation and plan health metrics with the Advisor Team.
  • Deliver an exceptional, client‑first experience whenever interacting with participants.
  • Service 10–12 clients daily and identify additional client needs for referral to local advisors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service/experience, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team‑building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex strategies concurrently.
  • Ability to pass the Securities Industry Essentials exam, Series7, Series
    66, and obtain a Life & Health Variable Life Insurance license within the allotted time.
  • Demonstrated experience building trusting client relationships and collaborating to drive results.
  • Must not have made disqualifying political contributions per SEC Rule
    206(4)-5 and related regulations; candidates must disclose any U.S. political contributions made by them and household family members in the past two years.
