Cohere is looking for a Rev Ops Compensation & GTM Integration professional to join the Revenue Operations team in San Francisco. In this role, you will own and administer compensation plans for revenue-facing teams and lead post-close integration efforts. You’ll model scenarios, partner with finance and HR, and ensure a clear path to OTE for all representatives.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in Rev Ops or sales finance with skills in financial modeling and effective communication to present compensation frameworks.
