Position: Commercial Funding Officer Hybrid Role

A minimum of two years' experience in commercial funding or law, alongside strong time management and analytical skills, is essential. This role fosters collaboration with various teams to maintain accuracy and meet transaction deadlines, ensuring funding processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legal and AML documentation under minimal supervision

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify document deficiencies

• Maintain compliance throughout the loan process

• Update Bank systems promptly with new documentation

• Assist with pipeline monitoring and employee absences

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial mortgage funding

• Relevant degree in Legal or AML Compliance

• Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
