Job Title

Join the finance and operations team at IDIA, where we are creating a new position for a management controller. Our team, led by the finance manager, includes a seasoned management controller and an intern. We are looking to strengthen our team with your expertise.

Company Overview:

IDIA Capital Investissement is a management company authorized by the AMF, acting as an active minority investor on behalf of the Crédit Agricole Group and all funds managed by IDIA.

Role:

Beyond performance analysis and forecasting, our management control team acts as a partner and challenger to the business units we support. We are key players in transforming and improving the company's performance.

In collaboration with operational managers, the management controller will conduct result forecasts (budget, annual estimates, and quarterly J-15), analyze and comment on monthly accounting results compared to the budget, and may conduct cross-functional studies to enhance operational performance.

Your main responsibilities will focus on two areas:

1) Monitoring the financial results of IDIA, CACIF (main investor), and the funds:

- Preparing reports, analyzing monthly performance, and writing summary comments for the Management Committee and Crédit Agricole SA;

- Calculating the net asset values of each fund managed by IDIA;

- Conducting J-15 exercises and valuation exercises in collaboration with the Middle Office;

- Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasting exercises (collecting, formatting, and analyzing information);

- Contributing to good relations with the Group Control and Performance Steering Directorate and the auditors regarding the validation of fund net asset values.

2) Cross-functional topics:

- Developing/contributing to all ad-hoc analyses/studies on profitability and performance issues;

- Providing best practices and creating joint reports with the capital investment business line ecosystem;

- Participating in the implementation of new tools/processes dedicated to data production and control in line with IDIA's PMT and major challenges;

- Contributing to the transformation of management control by proposing simplification and data reliability.
