Lead FP&A - Remote

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Deliver financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with senior business leaders to improve financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and planning capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted strategic finance partner.

• CPA qualified.
• Previous Big 4 / public accounting external audit experience.
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
• Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience operating in a senior individual contributor role, providing leadership through expertise rather than direct people management.
