This role is essential for overseeing RRIF accounts, facilitating withdrawals, and supporting advisors' queries. You'll leverage your expertise to maintain compliance with CRA regulations, process conversions, and handle complex cases. A key focus will be on accuracy, service delivery, and process improvement in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer RRIFs including payments and tax requirements

• Process RRIF conversions and account setups

• Ensure compliance with regulatory withdrawal rules

• Resolve advisor queries within SLA deadlines

• Support audits and procedural updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in registered plans or operations

• Strong understanding of RRIF rules and transactions

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proven customer service and communication abilities

• French proficiency is an asset
