Remote Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• Support cash flow management by maintaining up-to-date records of incoming payments.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AP function.
• Provide operational support as needed to other team members and operations.
• Be flexible to adapt and execute various additional assignments.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge‑sharing to help less experienced colleagues.
• Efficiently and accurately process financial data.
• Deliver exceptional support and service to internal customers.
• Take key roles in process improvement initiatives and support.

• At least 2 years of experience in a finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
