What you will do!
The primary purpose of this position is to independently process, coordinate, and close residential mortgage loans for the ODVA Home Loans Program while ensuring full compliance with state and federal lending regulations. This role supports a high‐quality, compliant loan portfolio by working directly with mortgage applicants, lending partners, mortgage brokers, title and escrow companies, and other stakeholders.
The position serves as a key liaison for veteran borrowers and real estate professionals, providing clear guidance on applicable laws, program requirements, and loan terms. Responsibilities include verifying application accuracy, preparing and issuing required disclosures and closing documents, ensuring data integrity throughout the loan cycle, and purchasing completed loans from ODVA lending partners.
