As a Wealth Associate, you will assist in managing asset portfolios and ensuring seamless client experiences. This full-time position entails collaborating with advisors and executing essential tasks, including document preparation and compliance management. Engage with clients and internal teams to drive effective wealth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Advisors by addressing client requests efficiently

• Prepare documentation for new accounts and client interactions

• Create customized portfolio reports and proposals

• Track onboarding processes and ensure regulatory adherence

• Collaborate with compliance and operations for service delivery

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant wealth management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related area

• Knowledge of portfolio management tools and sales processes

• Licensed as IR or RR with necessary regulatory courses

• Strong written and interpersonal skills in both English and French
