Location: Iowa
Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead a team overseeing a portfolio of tax credit investments and community loans. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Tax Credit investments, particularly managing LIHTC portfolios, and strong analytical skills.
This position requires excellent relationship management skills and the ability to balance customer requests with risk management. The role is primarily office-based, but flexible work arrangements may be considered.
