Position: Bilingual Mortgage Underwriter Hybrid Role

As a key member of the commercial underwriting team, you will analyze and underwrite commercial credit applications while fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and underwrite commercial mortgage files reliably

• Liaise with banks, clients, and brokers for effective processing

• Oversee the management of loan applications and priorities

• Generate monthly department performance reports

• Secure adherence to established loan policies and controls

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial underwriting

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
