Role Overview

Turing is seeking Finance Professionals with robust Investment Banking backgrounds to guide how frontier AI systems learn and reason about complex financial transactions. Your expertise in M&A, IPOs, and deal structuring will directly shape the way AI interprets and models high‑stakes corporate finance decisions.

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live‑deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics.
• Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists.

• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising).
• Proven track record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure.
• Excellent written communication.
• Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance.
