In this position, you'll connect with clients and help them navigate their investment goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer support inquiries
• Build lasting relationships based on trust
• Provide customized investment and wealth management advice
• Assist with the onboarding process for new accounts
• Execute sales and service functions according to guidelines
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of professional investment experience
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or IFIC
• Knowledge of competitive market landscape
• Strong organizational and listening skills
• Bilingual in French and English required
