Main Responsibilities
Supports the preparation and consolidation of yearly budget and related revision cycles (forecasts) as well as long‑term plans, ensuring adherence to defined guidelines, methodologies and timelines.
Works with Functional / Regional / Country teams to ensure alignment of financial targets and resource allocation in accordance with Group's strategy.
Performs detailed revenue, cost, and profitability analyses for assessing performance of various business segments and supporting decision making.
Tracks the progress of new initiatives planned by the business / functional areas to measure results and returns on investments and report to management.
Prepares managerial reports, tracking and reporting financial KPIs and metrics for functional areas, and ensuring data consistency, completeness and timeliness.
Relevant Competencies
3–5 years of experience in international commercial controlling/analysis, preferably within FMCG environments, with a strong business mindset and results‑oriented approach.
Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach, combined with an interest in financial strategy and digital tools (SAP, Power BI).
Effective communicator and cross‑functional collaborator, able to engage with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
Proactive, advisory mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and translate business complexity into clear, actionable insights.
Focus on continuous improvement of controlling processes, leveraging data and tools to increase efficiency and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Fluent knowledge of English.

Salary And Benefits
Role classified at Level 2 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare.
Initial annual gross salary of minimum €45,000.
Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to €2,500 at target level for 2026.
