Job Summary
Supports finance team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of data across financial systems. This role will involve maintaining, validating, and analyzing financial data to support key business decisions, while assisting the Manager Financial Systems in streamlining and enhancing the financial reporting processes.
Position Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining and updating financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This includes the creation and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Works closely with IT to coordinate and support system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
- Assists Manager Financial Systems as a point of escalation when system issues occur, properly evaluating and communicating the issues to the necessary parties. Communicates potential issues or pitfalls prior to occurrence.
- Provides training and support to financial systems users.
- Ad hoc reporting to assist in identifying opportunities for system improvement.
- Collaborates with accounting team to create best practice standards for financial analysis and documentation.
- Three plus years in general accounting experience to include financial reporting and analysis.
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred or relevant accounting experience required.

Onsite 5-6 weeks; then work from home, Thursday, and Friday, and every other Tuesday
Annual Salary: $66,950 - $104,059. The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
