Salary: $140,000 – $150,000

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial modeling activities across the organization.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support special projects related to business growth and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience supporting business leaders.
