Merrill Wealth Management – Client Service Associate – Job Description
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. The role provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs), acting as the primary point of contact to address all service needs of their clients and to support the FAs’ enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on the bank’s service and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank’s offerings and promoting incorporation of banking into day‑to‑day practices, while communicating outputs to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal increases, with a client‑first mindset.
- Hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Possess advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products.
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results.
- Demonstrate a client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Have the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.

- Exhibit sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st shift (United States of America); 37.5 hours per week.
Pay Transparency & BenefitsLocation:
US – CO – Denver – 200 Josephine St (CO9200).
Pay range: $26.50–$42.00 hourly, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on overall performance and the success of the company.
