Key Responsibilities:

• Offer dedicated customer service via phone and email

• Help members set up online banking and related services

• Provide guidance and troubleshoot digital banking issues

• Refer Members to additional resources within Coast Capital

Requirements:

• Over 2 years in a financial or service industry

• Proven ability to exceed sales objectives

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities

• Experience managing complex issues with care

• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
