VP, M&A & Transformation

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks VP, M&A & Transformation in Jacksonville, FL to run and manage Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) processes covering acquisitions, material minority investments and divestitures, including strategic rationale, project management, due diligence phase, negotiations with vendor and bidder, and managing third party advisors. Engage in the market on behalf of FIS to build understanding of current M&A processes and longer-term market trends and themes.

Communicate FIS strategies and priorities where appropriate. Form relationships with investment banks, private equity funds, management consultants, FIS partners and customers. Develop close relationships with senior FIS business executives to identify how M&A could support their business agenda, such as identifying acquisition and divestiture opportunities. Manage financial modelling to support M&A strategy and perform evaluations of specific opportunities. Support FIS venture investments team, support to shape overall corporate strategy, working closely with FIS executive team, lines of business and functional areas.

Prepare corporate strategy, M&A and venture investing materials to support board of directors' meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing financial modelling and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions including acquisitions, mergers and sales of companies; implementing due diligence management for M&A transactions; negotiating M&A transactions; structuring M&A transactions including equity vs.

debt structures, and equity purchase vs. asset purchase; strategizing and advising on M&A transactions including pipeline management, strategy development, target evaluation, and divestiture and sale assessments. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and four (4) years of experience in the above listed skills.
