Dundee, MI | 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home Help Drive Strategic Decisions Across a Global Business Our client is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. This role offers broad exposure across financial planning, corporate reporting, commercial analytics, and strategic decision support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand beyond traditional FP&A.

You'll partner with leaders across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide meaningful financial insights, evaluate strategic initiatives, and influence business decisions at the corporate level.

• Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support corporate-level planning, benchmarking, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial plans to identify business risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, including Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Economic Value Added (EVA), and other investment analyses.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting that helps leadership make informed business decisions.
• Analyze complex business scenarios by leveraging financial, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and SAP data to identify value creation opportunities.
• Support quarterly and annual internal and external financial reporting requirements.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to provide business performance reporting and analytics.
• Assist with logistics cost analysis, distribution spend, terminal cost benchmarking, and operational performance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance financial decision-making across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required;
  Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience with in a large, decentralized manufacturing or industrial organization is highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar ERP and reporting tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX-controlled environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to business leaders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
