The FP&A Analyst on the Medicaid Finance Team has a supporting role in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive corporate decisions. The position is responsible for financial analysis of SG&A Expenses, providing transparency to Business Partners across Health Plans, Shared Services, and Medicaid/Finance Leadership. The Analyst supports in reporting results by translating financial data into visualizations and presentation materials. The position reports directly to the FP&A Senior Manager within Medicaid Finance.

Key Responsibilities- Supports in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses.
- Provides transparency on FTE and Vendor spend, and savings initiatives.
- Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
- Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
- Includes measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalates financial issues to management.
- Supports with day-to-day SG&A deliverables and ad-hoc requests
- Documents processes with detailed procedures.
- Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
- 1+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or another ERP Platform.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and support projects.
- Ability to partner well across large enterprises.
- Ability to effectively communicate, oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management.
- MBA or related advanced degree/certification.
Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business required or equivalent years of related professional work experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
