This is a remote position located in California.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and/or operational support within one or more loan areas: closing, funding, post‑closing, shipping, etc.
  • Assemble loan documents for transmittal and verify their accuracy; close loans and distribute loan proceeds.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation.
  • Follow up with borrowers, loan originators, title companies, or others to resolve questions, correct information, or other issues as needed.
  • Ensure completeness in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan process experience or other directly related experience.
  • 5+ years of processing experience with knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, and loan systems.
  • Knowledge of banking process helpful.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and various word processing, spreadsheet, or related software.

Pay range (depending on experience): $52,000 to $65,000 annually with potential of monthly incentive.

This position will be open until filled.
