What You'll Be Doing

Join CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor. You will use your banking and mortgage experience to help clients achieve their home ownership dreams, providing expert mortgage advice and product solutions.

• Client Engagement: Focus on client experience and connect on a personal level. Support clients' lifestyles, meet them on their schedule, and collaborate with Banking Centre teams to deliver personalized mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Business Development: Understand the local market, create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients, and use relationship building and networking skills to generate opportunities and deliver results.
• Community Involvement: Grow your network and build lasting connections with internal teams and external realtors that refer potential clients.

• Legally eligible to work in the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit.
• Experience in banking and mortgage with ability to provide expert advice.
• Strong relationship building, networking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with remote work technologies and ability to meet clients occasionally on-site.
• Ability to complete an attribute‑based assessment or other skills test, including simulation or language proficiency if required.
