The Open Banking Product Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery of new Open Banking based products and services which provides convenience and great experiences for Retail Banking Wealth customers, and that supports the ambition of becoming a consumer payments leader.

• Lead the delivery of commercially driven Open Banking use cases for Retail Banking Wealth, which enhance customer experiences, and can reduce costs in the organisation, and/or drive revenue.
• Work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders to showcase Open Banking, identify opportunities, and develop business cases.
• Work with technology, and where relevant with external vendors, to ensure requirements are well understood and that products/services deliver on customer needs.
• Identify and ensure risks and issues compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, Open Banking best practice, and HSBC policy requirements. Escalate where required.
• Being the Product Owner for Open Banking products/services in production, ensuring they remain performant, compliant and continue to deliver against changing customer needs, while adapting to a rapidly changing industry.
• Assist the Head of Open Banking Product in managing strategic vendors and external organisations e.g. schemes, standard bodies.

• The role holder must have proven experience in either Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management, in a digital environment or a digital product.
• Experience in requirements definition and good commercial acumen, translating theses into a world class customer experience.
• Good understanding of risk management, and experience of anticipating risks and issues and taking action to mitigate or escalation them.
• Ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise and structured way to suit the audience.
• Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, in a fast paced environment and changing priorities.
• Open Banking knowledge, including a good understanding of the UK regulatory environment, use cases, and market insights is highly desirable.

The pay range for this role is 17490 PLN - 22000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
