Trade Desk Associate / Mutual Fund Trader

We are seeking a client‑focused Trade Desk Associate / Mutual Fund Trader to support a high‑volume, inbound call center environment. This role is 100% service‑oriented, partnering directly with financial advisors, field offices, and clients to execute trades, process money movement requests, and provide account support.

• Execute trades and process account requests in a fast‑paced financial services environment
• Manage an average of 30 calls per day, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with financial advisors and field offices to ensure timely trade execution and account support

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 66) licenses
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of financial services operations and compliance requirements

• Pay range: $58,000 – $66,000 per year
• 15% ESOP participation
• 5–7% annual bonus
• Option to contribute to a 401(k) plan
• 16 days paid time off (PTO) plus 10 holidays; 2 floating PTO days annually

Permanent position based in Fort Worth, TX. Hybrid work schedule with a mix of in‑office and remote work.
