AML Compliance Officer Remote

INXY is looking for a seasoned AML Compliance Officer to enhance our Compliance team. You will oversee anti-money laundering efforts across our Canadian operations, ensuring compliance with FINTRAC and other regulations. Leveraging your substantial experience in AML compliance, you'll develop policies, conduct audits, and provide training to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AML/ATF policies compliant with Canadian law

• Prepare and submit reports to FINTRAC, including STR and LCTR

• Coordinate compliance audits and regulatory exams effectively

• Oversee KYC/KYB and Enhanced Due Diligence processes

• Optimize transaction monitoring rules for fintech and crypto

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years in AML/compliance within Canadian finance

• In-depth knowledge of FINTRAC requirements and AML laws

• Proven ability in policy development and compliance tools

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability

• Relevant certifications like CAMS or CFE recommended
