A Brief Overview

The Financial Analyst (FA) supports core financial processes and delivers insights to help drive business performance.

This role partners with cross‑functional teams to assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis while building a strong foundation in financial planning and business partnership.

The ideal candidate exhibits curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking to improve financial performance.

• Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track KPIs and identify trends and opportunities.
• Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other finance teams.
• Provide accurate and timely reports.
• Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 1+ year(s) of relevant experience.
• Experience with Tableau and ability to create dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
