The GBS is the MOL Group's financial and HR service organization, operating in Hungary and Slovakia. It supports the MOL Group's operations with extensive financial and management accounting, controlling, and HR activities. Its duties include full accounting and tasks related to taxation, risk management, and liquidity assurance. GBS employs over 500 people mainly in Budapest, Bratislava, and Tiszaújváros. As the financial service provider of the MOL Group, MOL GBS Hungary is looking for its newest Vevő Folyószámla Munkatárs colleague.
Where would you work? In Budapest, at our new headquarters, the Mol Campus.
What would be your main task? Managing the company's customer accounts, whether from product sales, service provision, or outstanding receivables, as well as preparing outgoing invoices and providing related financial/accounting information. This role involves acquiring necessary information for account management; reconciling open items, advances, installments, or over payments on customer accounts; handling customer/supplier compensation tasks; sending payment reminders for overdue accounts, charging late fees, and managing related claims;
processing refunds or claims into customer accounts; balancing accounts and managing payments on behalf of customers; preparing, sending, correcting, and handling claims for product and service invoices; executing final accounting tasks; and supporting audit, regulatory, and other data provision.
We are looking for you if:
You have a minimum of a high school diploma in economics or an OKJ financial-accounting clerk qualification;
You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance/customer accounts (entry-level applicants are also welcome);
You have intermediate English skills, both spoken and written;
You consider yourself a good team player and enjoy communicating. As a plus, we value participation in projects and SAP knowledge.
