Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through inbound calls at the BMO Investment Centre
• Ensure a positive customer experience and build trust
• Manage wealth and investment-related sales and services
• Onboard clients and process mutual fund transactions
• Adhere to approved sales and service procedures
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Completion of CSC or IFIC is required
• Strong understanding of market trends and investment products
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in French and English, other languages are a plus
