Job Title: Tax Manager

Location: Remote

• Manage and oversee outsourced personal property tax work, including reviewing returns and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors to reconcile transactions and verify billing processes.
• Monitor and manage the outsourced team to meet all project deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and validate tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize tax processes and resolve issues efficiently.

• Proven experience in managing tax processes, particularly personal property tax.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage outsourced teams effectively.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities.
