Evaluate and monitor financial, operational, and compliance risks across our platform. Use data-driven insights to keep our marketplace, partners, and users safe. This role combines hands-on analysis with strategic thinking to shape how we scale responsibly.

• 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, fraud analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL or similar tools
• Experience with risk scoring, incident investigation, or control testing
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in risk management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or related field

• Identify, assess, and quantify key business risks across products and operations
• Monitor risk indicators and build dashboards to detect anomalies and emerging threats
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into incidents and propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to design effective controls
• Prepare risk reports and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders
