Budget and Finance Manager

Resilient Strategies seeks a dynamic, resourceful, Budget and Finance Manager to join our innovative team. The Budget Coordinator is a service-oriented, systems thinker able to lead and manage cross-cutting projects and workflows across different departments and teams. This is a full-time and remote position.

The Budget and Finance Manager helps to carry out the day-to-day budget operations support services that Resilient Strategies provides to multiple nonprofit organizations across the country. This position involves coordinating across teams and departments within Resilient Strategies to support our partners in the timely and successful creation of organizational and project budgets, reconcile revenue and expense actuals, and coach staff on budget management strategies.

The role will offer opportunities to lead projects to develop solutions to larger challenges that our Network Partners face as they manage organizations and projects funded by individual, government, and foundation sources, and as Resilient Strategies grows as a nonprofit service organization. This could involve work around systems design, technology, finance, and human resources management.
