Your Responsibilities

• As a Junior Controller & Data Analyst (m/f/x), you monitor expenses by cost center.
• You analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical).
• You support the preparation of budgets by cost center.
• You participate in monthly closings as well as in the preparation of future plans.
• You develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools in collaboration with the company's functional managers.
• You carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You are fluent in French and English and have good knowledge of German.
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have solid knowledge of an ERP system.
• You are autonomous, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
• You stand out through your analytical skills, communication abilities, and your capacity to assert yourself.
