Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant Bilingual

About the Role

Join CIBC’s Personal and Small Business Banking team as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant. You will support a Mortgage Advisor in building their own business from a home office environment, using a CIBC laptop and enabling remote work with occasional on‑site visits.

• Respond to client inquiries and facilitate the mortgage application process.
• Assist the Mortgage Advisor with administrative tasks that support their business.
• Support marketing and business‑development activities to attract new clients to the Mortgage Advisor.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience with residential mortgages is preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English to support business operations outside Quebec.
• Strong client engagement, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
