Seeking a leader who enjoys encouraging team development, strong with all aspects of accounting and financials, controls and processes.

• Able to lead the team through budgets, forecasting accuracy, Cap Ex, taxes, revenue strategies and strong analytical skills.
• The Director of Finance will partner closely with operations, sales, marketing, and food & beverage leaders to optimize revenue, control costs, and support strategic decision-making.
• Presenting financial results and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership.
• The role also involves developing and mentoring team members, implementing internal controls.

• 2 years Director of Hotel or Resort Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Decentralized Accounting.
• MUST be able to relocate to Savannah GA Area or for the right DoF able to work hybrid or remote; does require property visits.
• Desire to be a part of team that offers a stable workplace with little Turn-Over.

Base salary and incentive $180K Package
- Full Relocation.
