This full-time Financial Services Professional role is a hybrid position based in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting with clients to assess financial goals, developing personalized financial and retirement plans, and recommending appropriate products and strategies for wealth management, Medicare, and long-term care. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing clear proposals and presentations, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular reviews and follow-ups.
The Financial Services Professional will collaborate with internal team members to ensure compliant, client-focused solutions and stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. This role requires proactive outreach, consistent client communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical financial guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to analyze financial data, recommend suitable solutions, and navigate industry products.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, ChFC, or similar) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in client-facing financial advisory roles and familiarity with retirement, Medicare, and long-term care planning is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and uphold strict ethical and compliance standards.
Must have at least a 2-15, or a 2-14 insurance license.
